In recent developments, Powell completed the acquisition of U.K.-based Remsdaq Ltd. in fiscal 2025 to enhance its electrical automation and SCADA capabilities for substations; announced a $12.4 million expansion of its Jacintoport manufacturing facility in Houston in August 2025 to support LNG-driven oil and gas demand, bringing cumulative investments across Houston sites to nearly $40 million; and reported record fiscal 2025 results with $1.2 billion in new orders, a $1.4 billion backlog and net income growth amid strong execution in utilities and offshore modules.
